Additional Property Attributes

Phase I was never completed at the request of grantee. Phase II was never conducted however monies were spent to develop a QAPP.

Former Use: The Site consists of an approximate 0.36-acre parcel occupied by a two-bay, single-story 1,542-square foot gasoline service station constructed in 1960 with two associated pump islands. The Site is bordered by Elm Street to the west, Webster Street to the north, Back Street to the east, and residential properties to the south. The Site is located in a downtown mixed-use district primarily characterized by commercial offices, retail stores, and residential buildings. The Site is identified by the City of Manchester Assessor’s Office as Lot 23 on Map 37, and is currently owned by 786 Gas LLC.
