Additional Property Attributes

This is a large track of land 418 acres that contains an industrial landfill 60 acres and a vehicle repair facility 1 acre.

Former Use: Large 418 acre parcel of land located near the city center which was abandoned by a bankrupt paper company when it sold its assets. In other words, this parcel was excluded from the bankruptcy sale. In order to gain access to the property the Grantee needed to petition the bankruptcy court. The city is interested in taking the parcel for back taxes. There are at least 2 BFPP's interested in purchasing parts of the property. Most of the property has very high reuse potential. Additional groundwater monitoring is required to assess significance and validity of AGQS violations for PAHs due to presence of ash.
