Former Use: The Site is part of a former 18 acre parcel of land that was utilized by the Nashua Corporation from the late 91th century for industrial manufacturing and commercial office activities. Former operations in the Site portion of the manufacturing complex included the storage and use of solvents for coating operations. Nashua Corporation ceased operations at the Site in approximately 2006 and ownership of the Site portion of the facility was transferred to Cotton Mill Square, LLC in 2007 for redevelopment. The Site contains buildings 17, 18, 29, 20, and 21 that were used by the Nashua Corporation and environmental assessment took place at the Site between 1994 and 2007. Buildings 18, 19, 20, and 21 are planned for demolition and building 17 will be redeveloped into residential apartments situated along the Nashua River.
