Additional Property Attributes

The Salisbury Square property is under option to a local development corporation, RACDC, with planned residential/commercial redevelopment. (PPF attached to QR 2, 1/1/06-3/31/06) Property has been entered into state voluntary cleanup program, and has been transferred to RACDC (Local development corporation) for planned reuse as multiple housing units. Very minor PAH cleanup needed. (PPF attached to QR 4, 7/1/06-9/30/06)

Former Use: The site was first developed in the late 1800s and wsas used for wooden furniture manufacturing until 1991 when Ethan Allen closed the plant. Site features included several buildings, storage silos, drying kilns, varnishing rooms, and a boiler plant.
