Additional Property Attributes

The assessment activities were performed because the City of Millen would like to construct a parking area for local businnesses. The property owner may donate a portion of the property to the City to allow the parking area which would also benefit the subject property owner and business.

Former Use: The property currently contains a small salon which has operated as a salon for over 20 years. Before the salon the building was used for a Sears Catalog store. Prior to construction of the building the property was undeveloped land. Only a small portion of the property was assessed since this would be the only portion the City could use to build a parking area for local businesses including the salon on the subject property. RECs identified at the property consisted of an ajacent dry cleaner and several former gas stations located in close proximity to the subject site.
