Additional Property Attributes

The property is being redeveloped with a mixed-use medical office building, parking structure, and senior housing. Property was not originally enrolled in a State cleanup program however, the State reviewed the cleanup plan and provided comments/approval on 01/28/2008.

Former Use: Developed as Montgomery Ward's department store in 1937. Service Center and gasoline filling station constructed in 1960's. Property vacated in 2001 due to bankruptcy.
