Additional Property Attributes

The prospective purchaser is planning on purchasing 2 lots for a total of 6 acres. On the site they plan to build a LEED Compliant building and produce yogurt. Currently these lots #2 and 3 of the site are undeveloped, but it is part of a mixed use commercial and residential campus being developed by Delta Industries, LLC. The Delta Campus is a 133 acre property envisioned to include a unique combination of business and residential uses. The Master Plan for the Campus includes seven �high information technology� businesses, an educational institution, and forty residential units.

Former Use: The site was used as a farm until 1960. From 1960 to 1990 the site was used for auto salvage. A limited Phase II report was completed for the site in 1999 and can be found at http://www.anr.state.vt.us/imaging/sitespdfs/972215/972215.si.pdf. Currently, lots #2 and 3 of the site are undeveloped, but it is part of a mixed use commercial and residential campus being developed by Delta Industries, LLC.
