Additional Property Attributes

The Bellows Falls Village Corporation Village and the Bellows Falls Historical Society BFHS are currently in the process of a land transfer of the Poet�s Seat owned by the Village and the Mill Street Turnaround owned by BFHS sites. The Phase I work is being completed to allow for the land transfer to go forward. The Poet�s Seat site is 0.5 � 0.7 /- acres that will be subdivided out of the Bellows Falls Waste Water Plant parcel owned by the Village since 1962. The site is adjacent to the BFHS site. As far as we are aware there has been no environmental site assessment work done on this site. The Poet�s Seat site will be used to add a side trail to the Bellwos Falls Historic Riverfront Park and Trail System.

Former Use: The Poet�s Seat site is 0.5 � 0.7 /- acres that will be subdivided out of the Bellows Falls Waste Water Plant parcel owned by the Village since 1962. The site is adjacent to the BFHS site. As far as we are aware there has been no environmental site assessment work done on this site.
