Additional Property Attributes

Based upon a Phase I ESA report dated June 2009, a service station formerly occupied the northern portion of the property. It is believed that the service station was operated from the late 1940s to the 1960s. Evidence for aboveground storage tanks ASTs, underground piping, and gas pumps was observed during the Phase I site inspection. Capped piping was also observed suggesting the potential for underground storage tanks USTs. Distressed vegetation was observed on the perimeter of concrete pads for the ASTs. Report conclusions indicate the likely presence of petroleum products due to the historic site use as a service station specifically potential impacts due to fuel storage and distribution via subsurface piping.
