Additional Property Attributes

This property is located directly between the historic Cherokee Courthouse and Bear Creek which is a scenic creek that runs through the town of Tahlequah. Two of the three buildings were purchased in 2005. The other is under purchase negotiations. When the Cherokee nation acquires the last building, they plans to build a multi function pavilion for Tribal and non-Tribal functions.

Former Use: This property is located directly between the historic Cherokee Courthouse and Bear Creek which is a scenic creek that runs through the town of Tahlequah. Two of the three buildings were purchased in 2005. One being an old lumber yard and the other being a building that was used as different bussineses in the past.
