Property Highlights

Property is currently for sale. Proceeds will go toward the cleanup of other Goodman Oil sites in Idaho as well as to an EPA judgment against Goodman Oil. Property is 3 years in arrears for property taxes and is slated for auction by Ada County in 2011. The 2850 Fletcher St. parcel (3.43 acres) was subdivided into four different parcels in 2012. The address of the parcel where the follow-up Phase I was completed in September 2013 is 2817 West Fairview Avenue, Boise ID, 83702.

Former Use: Property was formerly used as an unregulated dump around the turn of the 1900's. Site was then developed as a homestead and eventually a bulk fuel distribution facility and Goodman Oil headquarters. Property has been idle since at least 2000.
