Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consists an approximate 0.16-acre square-shaped lot, located in downtown Pittsfield on the north side of Federal Street. The Site is located in a predominately commercial area of downtown Pittsfield, Massachusetts, with residential development dominating areas in the surrounding vicinity of the Site. The Site formerly consisted entirely of the approximate 7,047 square-foot footprint of a single-story building which was demolished in the Spring 2015. The former building at the Site was most recently occupied by a dry cleaning facility (Stetson Dry Cleaners) which had operated as a dry cleaners from the late 1930s through 2005. The building floor slab and underlying drain lines are anticipated to be removed in Fall 2015.
