Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consists of approximately 6.77 acres spread out over two parcels, and improved with one structure. The structure consists of an office building, attached maintenance garage and work bays, and a large dirt floor bay attached at the rear of the building. Onsite operations include crane maintenance, storage, parking, parts storage, and leasing space by two trucking companies. Remaining portions of the Site consist of crane and parts storage, parking, two filling station areas one for diesel fuel and one for gasoline, and extra space for crane maneuvering. Ms. Beverly Dotlich Alexander serves as partial owner of the property and official treasurer of Dotlich Crane. Ms. Alexander provided site access and operational history current and past and current tenant information of the Site.
