Additional Property Attributes

The onsite building is being redeveloped into a New Holland Brewery.

Former Use: The Property was developed with a church, greenhouse, photo shop, and office by 1887. By 1892, the greenhouse and office were no longer present and a printing shop was located on the Property. By 1899, the photo shop and printing shop buildings were razed, and the Property was occupied by a church that encompassed the entire Property. The Property continued to be occupied by a church until sometime between 1926 and 1928. The church was razed by 1928, and the current commercial building was constructed. Between 1929 and 1960, the building on the Property was occupied by a JC Penney Department Store. Between 1965 and 1985, the building on the Property was occupied by a Coles store. By 1992, the building on the Property was occupied by the Ferrari�s School of Cosmetology. Between 2000 and 2009, portions of the Property were occupied by Adlib Grafix and Apparel screen printing, an insurance company, and a nightclub. By early 2010, the building on the Property was vacant.
