Additional Property Attributes

The area targeted for cleanup comprises the 2.13 acres in the southwestern portion of the property that is uniquely contaminated by petroleum compounds and completely independent of the former Quality Inn Motel. The cleanup entailed the removal and off-site disposal of petroleum-contaminated soils to prepare the site for redevelopment as student housing for the Univ. of MI Dearborn campus.
