Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is located along the west side of Main Street in Speedway, Indiana. The site consists of five rectangular shaped parcels totaling approximately 0.57 acres. The Site is developed with a medical center, tax service business, bicycle shop, alterations store, antique store, and a motorcycle shop. A portion of the site appears to have been developed as early as 1935 as a parking garage. The garage was replaced in the 1960s by a plumbing supply warehouse. Subsequent business have included a limousine service, bicycle shop, and motorcycle storage garage. A former dry cleaner was located at 1434 from at least 1945 to 1959. The site is currently owned by three different owners: Indianapolis Osteopathic Hospital, Inc 1426 Main St. Keith and Marlene Cook 1430-1434 Main St. and BC Norton Enterprises 1450 Main St..
