Former Use: The hydro station has been in service since the building was constructed in 1909 and has been used as such ever since. Prior to 1909, the Site was undeveloped but was part of a lot used as a lumber yard. The current Site owners purchased the property in 1998 and prior to that time the property was used as a power generation source.
