Additional Property Attributes

The voc found in groundwater may not pose a significant risk to human health because groundwater in the immediate vicinity if the site is not used as a source of drinking water. The City of Omaha had an ordinance that does not allow drinking water wells to be installed and site is not located near the municipal well field. Vapor intrusion into subsurface structures from groundwater impact does not pose a threat based on the low concentrations found in the groundwater and surface water bodies are not present within a 1/2 mile of the site.

Former Use: The site has been developed as commercial and/or residential property since the late 1800s. Commercal uses of concern are a auto body shop, floor wax storage and drycleaning. It has been used as a dry cleaner facility since the 1980's.
