Additional Property Attributes

The property was formally the location of an LO gas distribution facility. Propane gas was stored in above ground storage tanks, and some equipment was stored on the facility including empty propane tanks. Delivery trucks underwent minor maintenance and filling on the property. The property is currently not used. The property is under consideration for redevelopment for the City of Winchester's Green Circle Plan.

Former Use: The property was historically the location of an LP gas distribution facility. Some equipment was stored on the property including propane gas storage tanks.
