Additional Property Attributes

Has been a warehouse/storage site since 1955. Formerly used by Waldensian Bakery, and multiple plumbing/heating contractors. Currently vacant. Mr. Jake Armour proposes to purchase and turn into a classic car repair shop. Phase I completed 4/6/11. Recommend Phase II at a rectangular cut of concrete, unknown origin.
