Property Highlights

Property was first developed in 1880's as an industrial steel mill. Over time the property has been used for steel producing and fabricating operations. The northern warehouses on the Property are currently occupied by Youngstown Pipe and Supply, an active heavy industrial complex with office areas. The south and west portions of the Property are not currently being used. Areas of storage are present in the parts of the facility that are not currently used for production. Wean United ceased operations circa 1985. Current owner is Gearmar, Inc. purchased the property in 2003.
