Additional Property Attributes

The property is considered important to City redevelopment/revitalization plans for the Bay Street area fronting the East River. Following an EPA review, property was deemed ineligble for a Phase II ESA. However, City has proceeded with demolition of structures and may market the property in the near future.

Former Use: Lumber docks onsite from at least 1893 to 1920. By 1960, in use as an auto maintenance facility. Brunswick Publi Work Department auto maintenance facility since 1989.
