Asbestos Abatement and Demolition of building completed in 2014 after previous assessment activities. Currently identified as eligible as a part of a package for redevelopment with adjacent parcels, but there is possible additional cleanup required depending on redevelopment plans.

Former Use: Located in a mixed-use residential and industrial area of St. Louis, Missouri, the Former Norman Corporation has been developed since 1942. The site is currently vacant. Previous occupants included McCabe & Powers Auto Body Company from 1942 to the mid-1960s, American Linen from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s, and the Norman Corporation from the mid-1980s to 2002. Known contamination from former industrial laundry and dry cleaning activities is present on the subject property and remediation activities have yet to be conducted.
