Additional Property Attributes

Former blacksmith shop transformed into a residence. Property being purchased to be included in the Rufus Porter Museum.

Former Use: The structure was originally constructed in 1840 by a blacksmith who operated a foundry on the east side of Stevens Brook. The Site building has historically been used as a residence, a beauty shop and as an office building. High risk uses were not identified at the Site.
