Parcel cleaned up. Sold to Community Organization for redevelopment after grant was financially and administratively closed

Former Use: The site was initially developed prior to 1889 with the construction of a three-story residential building. A second three-story residential building was constructed at the site prior to 1920. By the mid-1950s, the residential buildings had been razed and a gasoline filling station was present. L&L Gas and Service began operating at the site in 1988. Retail gasoline dispensing ceased in approximately 1998 when property use continued as an automobile repair facility. In November 2012, the West Broadway Neighborhood Association purchased the property with the intent to cleanup the parcel and then offer it for community redevelopment.
