Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was the location of several former buildings associated with the Lewiston Mills Complex. Structures formerly at the Site include the Dye House, Store House, Picker House #1, a weaving, cording, and spinning building, and a portion of Mill No.1. The current Station building was first depicted as the Bates Manufacturing Power Co. and housed two 500-hoursepower hydroelectric dynamos and has been used in the generation of hydro-power since 1908.
