Additional Property Attributes

The 1 Summer Street property was the former Caron Flea Market Building. The property is heavily contaminated with asbestos and junked automobile parts. The property was used for cold storage for many years and had been allowed to deteriorate. Additionally, a drunk driver crashed into the front of the building; demolishing it and making it structurally unsound. (PPF - 1 Summer Street, 1/30/2006)
