Additional Property Attributes

Adjacent property owner, Casey Equipment, continues to expend labor in clearing property buildings and a power station, and in beautifying the property. All this has been done at the expense of Casey Equipment. In addition, GSDC has allowed continuing recycling operations relative to stockpiled slag at the property, and much of the material has been processed and removed. Eventually the property will be cleared of all such material. (PPF attached to QR 6, 1/1/05-3/31/05) Adjacent property owner, Sterling Industrial Park, LLC, continues to expend labor in redevelopment and beautifying the property, including removal of two above ground storage tanks and several small buildings. In addition, GSDC has allowed continuing recycling operations relative to stockpiled slag at the property, and much of the material has been processed and removed. Eventually the property will be cleared of all such material. (PPF attached to QR 8, 7/1/05-9/30/05)

Former Use: Former NWSW area used to stockpile slag generated during steel manufacturing process. Slag was then crushed to various grain sizes and sent offsite to various users.
