Additional Property Attributes

The City of Shaker Heights requested to obtain a Phase I and Asbestos Survey from the Grantee's program prior to demolition of the existing structure and redevelopment analysis of the property. The Phase I ESA indicated there are several recognized environmental conditions on the property is association with the former use as an auto repair/auto body facility. Further investigation via a Phase II Subsurface Investigation was recommended.

Former Use: The property was formerly utilized as an automobile dealership with repair and auto body services.
