Additional Property Attributes

The Jackson Glass property is located in the north central area of the Marion/Pearl redevelopment district, Parcel H. The property is currently vacant. However, proposed redevelopment of the property includes commercial, office, and residential uses. The property is being cleaned up under the state voluntary party liability exemption process. PPF attached to QR 3, 4/1/04-6/30/04 the site is part of the overall Parcel H project area. Parcel H was redeveloped in lated August 2010. The area of the former Jackson Glass was developed with a commercial building.
