Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently unoccupied, but was most recently used as a car lot. The property is triangular-shaped and consists of a building located on the northwest portion of the property. During the site reconnaissance, Cardno ATC was unable to gain interior access to the building because it was locked. Cardno ATC was able to make observations into the building through windows and observed an office area and a garage. A concrete area is located to the north and east of the building. The concrete appeared in good to fair condition. Gravel ground cover is centrally located on the property, while grass covered areas are located in the northwest and southeast corners of the property.
