Additional Property Attributes

The property used to be a gas station and tire shop, but the owner passed away and the property was sold. Sean Hurley bought the gas station without knowing there may be contamination problems. A Phase I-type ORBCA investigation was done by the OCC's Petroleum Storage Tank division in 2000 due to a suspected release at the station. EPA Region 6 approved a Phase II TBA for 2014. The property has no contaminants above action levels, but tanks will need to be filled in place and historic monitoring wells plugged and abandoned.

Former Use: The property used to be a gas station and tire shop, owned by Ben Hill. When Ben Hill passed away, the station was sold, and Sean Hurley later bought it.
