Additional Property Attributes

Majority of property is undeveloped, wooded/cleared land. The property includes a pedestrian bridge across the Tombigbee River. MDEQ issued NFA letter 5/8/2015.

Former Use: Majority of property is undeveloped, wooded/cleared land. The property includes a pedestrian only bridge across the Tombigbee River. There was no apparent development of the property at least back to 1940, except for the pedestrian bridge, which is a bridge converted from automobile usage. The property was recently deeded to the City of Columbus by Lowndes County, who had owned the property for several decades.
