Additional Property Attributes

This portion of the historic Hanel Mill operation consists of three adjoining tax lots (902, 1011, 1015) forming an approximately 9-acre industrial parcel. Currently, the site has an office building, a shop, and two small outbuildings associated with a steam cleaning pad and scale house.

Former Use: This site was part of a former lumber mill that operated on the property from at least 1947 through 1995. During the lumber mill operation, a portion of the site was a log pond that was filled by the 1960s. From 1995 through 2013, the site was used for construction material storage and construction equipment repair, use, and storage.
