The subject site consists of a 1,428 square-foot brick building constructed in the 1940s. The building operated as a 3363 4791 convenience store with gasoline service from the 1940s until approximately 1986. An automotive tire service station was operated on the subject site from 1986 until approximately the mid-2000s. The subject site has been vacant since the mid-2000s.
