Additional Property Attributes

This parcel is a part of a larger 1 acre plus site that will be redeveloped as an adult detention facility. The parcel was developed for residential purposes in the 1940s. By the 1970s the residential buildings were demolished. A Phase I ESA was completed that identified RECs related to potential heating oil USTs. A Geophysical Survey was performed and the survey did not reveal the presence of USTs.

Former Use: The parcel was developed for residential purposes in the 1940s. The residence was demolished in the 1970s. The property was purchased by Churchill County in 1986. The property was undeveloped at that time. In 1992, the county developed the property with a concrete paved parking lot.
