Additional Property Attributes

This parcel part of an approximately 4 acre site that is planned for redevelopment as a Senior Center. Based on research, this site was developed with a gasoline service station in the 1970s. A Phase I ESA was preformed that identified RECs related to a former gas station. A Phase II ESA was performed at the Property. Additional sampling is required.

Former Use: This site was developed with a gasoline service station in the 1970s. The Gasoline service station has been removed, but the concrete pad still remains.
