Additional Property Attributes

The City of Ardmore requested that DEQ conduct an asbestos survey and asbestos project design on the building. Asbestos was found in the building, and numerous containers of waste chemicals. The DEQ contractor conducted an inventory of the chemicals as part of the phase II. Asbestos and containers of waste chemicals were cleaned up through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program using State funding.

Former Use: Past use of the property was as a dairy plant.
