Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located on the north side of East Cremetti Lane, approximately 2 miles east of MacKenzie Lane. The Property is a 20 acre rectangular piece of land that is relatively flat and covered with native brush. There is a dirt road that runs northeast to southwest and intersects the Property. There are three dirt berms trending in an east west direction on the Property. A Phase I ESA was performed and 1 REC was found related to the Property use as a shooting range. TPH related to asphalt and lead related to shooting activities was found during a Phase II ESA.

Former Use: In the 1950s, the National Guard used the Property as a training facility shooting range. After the site was no longer in use by the National Guard, the surrounding community used the site for target practice. In 1986, there was a mining prospect on the east boundary line of the Property: no information identified during this investigation suggested the prospect had ever been mined. In June of 2015, the Property was conveyed to the City of Yerington from the Bureau of Land Management.
