Additional Property Attributes

Phase I and II ESAs were conducted at 1919/1949 State Street. The Phase I ESA identified potential for vapors to migrate from the adjacent former gas station and nearby dry cleaner to the property, as well as the potential for regulated building materials (RBM). The Phase II ESA consisted of air and sub-slab soil gas sampling and an RBM survey. The Phase II ESA did not identify sub-slab or indoor sources of vapor. The RBM survey identified building materials that contain asbestos and lead-based paint, as well as universal waste.
