Additional Property Attributes

The property is a former bulk oil distribution facility. The current owner is willing to donate the land to the city of Enumclaw for redevelopment if the city assumes responsibility for cleanup. The King Couty/City of Seattle Brownfields Program has conducted Phase I and II site assessments in compliance with ASTM standards to qualify the property for future Brownfields Cleanup Grant funding and to prepare a preliminary cleanup cost estimate. Former Use: Shell Oil bulk oil distribution facility in 1920s. Purchased by Christensen in 1970 who leased it to Associated Petroleum Products AAP from 1983-1992. The tanks were removed after 1992.
