Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a one-story concrete block former retail music building and an asphalt parking lot to the northeast of the building. Historically, the building at the Site has been occupied by the Driscol Music Company retail piano and musical instrument sales dating back to the 1940s. The Driscol Music Company occupancy continued until October 2015, when the Site became foreclosed. Currently, the Site is in the process of being vacated, and is temporarily used for storage of the Driscol retail products.
