Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a commercial building built in the early 1980s, which historically housed the Lamplight Industries, Inc. light post assembly/light manufacturing facility. The western portion of the building was occupied by a one-story office building, which consisted of administrative space, restrooms, and a break room. A paint booth was located adjacent to the east of the offices. A small room located adjacent to the paint booth served the former water printing operations, which ceased in approximately 2013. The remainder of the building was occupied by a warehouse, which is occupied by the Lamplight assembly operations. The operations included the storage, light assembly, sandblasting, and casting of aluminum parts and lamp posts. The Site is currently occupied by Lamplight Industries, a division of Aster Manufacturing, LLC.
