Leaking UST record 24-95-4058 pertains to past releases at 2490 State Street. The Oregon DEQ issued a conditional No Further Action Letter for the past releases on 08/12/2003.

Former Use: Historical records show that the northeastern area of the Property (2490 State Street, tax lot 14300) was developed for residential use by 1927, and that a retail gasoline service station and oil storage building were located on that parcel from at least 1942 to 1980. Auto repair businesses occupied tax lot 14300 until the late 1990s when the tax lot was redeveloped with an auto glass repair business. Records show that the northwestern area of the Property (tax lot 14400) was developed for commercial use by 1927, with uses including a building materials/paint store, a grocery store, a battery store, and a night club. The area of the Property along Ferry Street (tax lots 14000 and 14100) has been in residential use or vacant since at least 1949.
