Additional Property Attributes

This property currently undeveloped land is bound to the south by US Hwy 50A, to the north by the Union Pacific railroad, to the west by US Hwy 95A, and to the east by undeveloped land. The City of Fernley (owner) is examining this Property as a potential convention center site. A Phase I ESA was performed to review the Property.

Former Use: The Property has been undeveloped land as far back as 1890.
