Additional Property Attributes

The Scottsdale Six Drive-in Theater was closed down and abandoned in August 2011, harboring a place where illegal activities occurred and becoming an environmental health risk to the Community. In 2013, a Phase I Assessment, Asbestos and Lead Survey were completed for the Scottsdale Six Drive-in Theater under 128a site specific funds. These investigations led to SRPMIC taking action in cleaning up the site. The site clean up was completed on June 30, 2014. The Scottsdale Six Drive-in Theater was closed down and abandoned in August 2011, harboring a place where illegal activities occurred and becoming an environmental health risk to the Community. Former Use: The Scottsdale Six Drive-in Theater began operations in 1976 and was closed down and abandoned in August 2011, harboring a place where illegal activities occurred and becoming an environmental health risk to the Community. The site was left abandoned with six movie screens, seven ticket booths, a concession/projection building, railings, lights, areas designated for parking and a perimeter wall with two entrance signs.
