Additional Property Attributes

The Reformer Building is a 4.12 acre parcel. The property was formerly used as the offices for the Brattleboro Reformer. In addition to offices, printing and publishing of the newspaper occurred on the property beginning in the 1980�s and ceasing at an undetermined date. The Town of Brattleboro purchased the property and redeveloped it for the municipal police station. The Police Station opened in September 2017. The Brattleboro Reformer leases a small office space on the property as well.

Former Use: The property was undeveloped until 1981 except for apparent use as farmland. The building was constructed in 1981 and was added onto in 1995.The property is currently used as the offices for the Brattleboro Reformer. In addition to offices, printing and publishing of the newspaper occurred on the property beginning in the 1980�s and ceasing at an undetermined date.
