Additional Property Attributes

The parcel is approximately 0.15 acres and there are three additional continuous parcels that make a total of approximately 0.6 acres of property available for redevelopment. The parcel is located with in the Fernley Business Corridor, which was identified as one of the Brownfields Target Areas and is on a major thoroughfare that is developed with a mixture of residential and commercial properties. The City is interested in redeveloping this area for commercial purposes. The parcels are zoned for commercial development. This parcel is currently undeveloped.

Former Use: As early as 1954, the Property was developed for residential purposes, including the current residential structure on the southwest corner (260 Main Street). By the early 1990s, the residential buildings were starting to be demolished. In 2009, the residential structure at 220 Main Street was demolished leaving the Property in its current configuration.
