Additional Property Attributes

Historical documents indicate that tax lot 3900 was undeveloped in 1936, and was occupied by a farmer�s market by 1957 until 1961 when it was redeveloped for use as a restaurant which operated until the 1980s. Historical records show tax lot 3900 was occupied by a gun shop in 1989. By 2005, the building was demolished and the Property has remained vacant since. No history of development other than clearing and paving was identified for tax lot 4001. RECs were identified associated with reported construction debris dumping on the site, and a historical city directory listing for a cleaning/dying business on the site. No additional assessment was requested by the owner.
