Additional Property Attributes

The Town is looking to divest the site as part of a larger master planning and economic development effort. Former Use: The approximately 1.66 acre Site is identified by the Town of Pittsfield Assessor's Office as Lot 18 on Tax Map U-2, which corresponds to a street address of 36 Clark Street, Pittsfield, New Hampshire. The Site is located on the northwesterly side of Clark Street, and is currently the location of the Town of Pittsfield Highway Department Public Works Garage. In addition to the 5,600 square foot Site Building, the property is improved with a shed formerly utilized for salt storage, a lean-to housing winter truck equipment, a shed housing an active 500-gallon aboveground diesel fuel storage tank (AST) with secondary containment, and an emergency generator and associated diesel tank in a shed. The portion of the property to the rear of the Site Building is utilized as a gravel and sand storage yard, and as storage space for unused or staged equipment associated with the Highway Department.
